Estate planning, one of those things not all of us like to think about, something many of us tend to put off; or if we think we have taken care of it, that will, living will, those powers of attorney and other legal documents involved, are probably so old wishes may have changed, personal situations may have changed, that what we have in place is outdated. Such as grandparents may now be guardians of young grandchildren, elderly parents may be getting ready to go into an assistive living facility, there may be a family home or property involved, family trusts…the full gamut of what life can bring us, and in fact may not at all reflect the current situation.
